Bull City Venture Partners is primarily an investor in B2B software businesses. The BCVP portfolio is fairly diversified, with clusters in cloud computing, DevOps, ecommerce, fintech and healthtech. That said, we don’t back companies or even ideas- we back people. People who are uniquely qualified to build solutions for the world’s most acute problems. GEOGRAPHY. 

We are proudly headquartered in Durham, NC which was affectionately nicknamed the Bull City in the 1800s. The location of our homebase empowers panoptic coverage of the east coast where the majority of our investment activity takes place.

STAGe. 

We lead Pre-Seed, Seed, and Series A financings and are often times the first institutional investor. On occasion, and when the opportunity is exceptional, we will invest in growth-stage businesses.
